ACS Group is located in beautiful New Berlin, has numerous exceptional opportunities for dedicated employee with established demonstrated experience, excellent attendance and a proven work ethic. All candidates must have a high School diploma and previous work history preferably in an electrical and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing setting. Skills required are not limited to but include:
• Operate machinery, equipment, and computer terminals
• Test, troubleshoot, and correct electrical panel
• Ensure that established quality standards are adhered to – make sure wires are tie wrapped and neatly inserted in enclosures. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications – communicate with supervisor and engineering before making any changes
• Visually inspect and reject parts outside of written specifications
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs), position overview, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints and work instructions
• Mechanical Assembly
• Write up tickets to order materials from inventory when the quantity of available parts falls below established numbers
• Previous shipping and Crating Skills
